A Lot Happened...

And A Whole Lot More Is On The Way

Dear Communicator,

It has been over 3 months since the last time I wrote to you. While I wish I could say I was enjoying myself, the case tilts more towards the reverse

If you are seeing this letter for the first time, fret not… You will love it here. Aside from the fact that you will get  more personalised messages from me, it is where you get all the juicy information firsthand

So let us get back right in, shall we?

This semester was way more than just academics; it was a total shutdown

From the sports festival to multiple brand partnerships, high-quality content, events, and, most importantly, continuous efforts to put MCSA in the hearts of everyone and on the global map - even with very tight time frames.

And… WE. ARE. NOT. DONE. YET!

A quick recap of some of the things we have done this semester:

Palm wine fest (MCSA x Mersea)

Professor Ralph Akinfeleye Scholar Award

Nancy Duffor's book pre-launch

PRADWAVE

Collaboration with Filmhouse Cinemas

Among many others…

The most beautiful part is that none of this would have been possible without your support, and from the bottom of my heart, I want to appreciate you, friend, for cooperating with the MCSA Team to make this a beautiful semester to remember

Massive appreciation goes to our sponsors for these events, Nancy Duffor, Channels TV, Sterling Bank, Mersea and her team, Pocari Sweat, LAPO Microfinance Bank, amongst others

but in all of these, WE ARE NOT YET DONE…

We have one more lineup to go, and it began with a bang at staff school!

Missed Faaji Monday? You can catch up on the gram. Special thanks to Fisayo, Odun, Yezid, Goodnews and the entire event coverage team for pulling up and pulling through!

Here is the lineup of activities that you must not miss!

Today, Tuesday, August 5 - MCSA GOT TALENT

Wednesday, August 6 - FINANCIAL LITERACY DAY

Thursday, August 7 - MCSA Pageantry Grand Finale

Friday, August 8 - MOVIE NIGHT KARAOKE

…. and the grandest of all, the best event of the semester… a night for all MCSAites

It is a tradition. An all-time favourite… one everyone looks forward to… coming up before the semester runs out

In all of these, though, I want you to have it at the back of your mind that exams are fast approaching so make the best use of the interlevel tutorials that have been organized by the MCSA Academic Committee

I have spent so much time here, and it is time to go back to my administrative duties (I can hear Odun calling me to ask what we are doing next)

Till the next time I write to you, don't stop learning and having fun

P.S. Got something you'd like us to talk about? Hit the reply button below to shoot me a response. I look forward to hearing from you
