New semester, shall we? 💫

I honestly wish I started writing to you since first semester, but many things beyond my control happened. Trust me, it's not you, it's me… (Sounds like what your partner said before they broke your heart, hahaha).

Well, here we are. I officially welcome you to a new semester, my dear friend. If you're in your final year, it's really the last semester! 🥹The penultimate, you only have 1 more session and you're out. The sophomores, 2 more sessions, that's a lot. Freshmen? More shege ahead, my little loves.

I understand how stressful school can be, and how frustrating some lecturers can make it seem. Just imagine how well you read for last semester's exam, the overnight reading you did, compared to these results being released. But hey, I promise we're in this together and I'm rooting for you.

This administration has a lot for you this semester and I hope you're actually prepared! If you're not, that's your cup of tea but I'll be praying for you. Some of you are not even ready because you've not resumed classes, yes you! 🫵

Anyway, one of the things we have coming is the beach hangout. Apart from the fact that beach hangout has become a tradition at MCSA, this one promises to be all shades of fun as we've broadened our scope. If you haven't gotten your ticket, text me, I have a discount for you. But do that as soon as you get this mail.

By the way, if you're a writer, I’ve got something for you also. MCSA will be hosting a writing competition– the first of its kind in the department.

And the prize is a very juicy one that you don't want to miss. So get your pens ready, and please don't use ChatGPT.😂
